This page sets out our terms of service, consumer rights under New Zealand law, delivery and refund policies for Navoreliq bouquet delivery across New Zealand.

Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of navoreliq.life and our services. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms and applicable New Zealand consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where applicable.

Orders are accepted subject to availability.
Prices displayed include GST where applicable and are in NZD.
We reserve the right to cancel or amend orders where necessary; customers will be notified and offered alternatives or refunds.

Delivery, Title & Risk

We deliver bouquets across New Zealand with options for same-day delivery in select areas. Risk in goods passes to you on delivery. Title transfers upon receipt of full payment.

Shipping details

We carefully package fresh flowers to protect blooms in transit. Delivery attempts follow the address instruction; failed attempts may incur redelivery fees. For time-critical orders, contact our support team.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

As fresh goods, bouquets are perishable. We comply with New Zealand consumer law:

If goods are faulty or not as described, customers are entitled to remedies under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
For change-of-mind cancellations, notify us as soon as possible; cancellations may not be accepted for same-day or prepared orders.
Refunds for accepted claims will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period.

Email Navoreliq@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the bouquet, and a short description. We will assess and respond within 48 hours.

We may accept cancellations prior to dispatch; same-day and customised orders are exempt. *** refund for perishable after delivery unless a valid fault is shown.

Consumer Rights & Dispute Resolution

Under New Zealand law, you have consumer guarantees for acceptable quality and fitness. If you have a complaint you may contact us first; if unresolved you can seek dispute resolution through the Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment (MBIE) or the Disputes Tribunal.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navoreliq's liability is limited to the remedies set out in these Terms and to the extent required by applicable statutes. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
